A self-proclaimed proprietor of all things chill, Faint Waves specializes in mellow mood music,
no matter what genre he’s working in. In addition to releasing his unique music independently;
Faint Waves has had the pleasure of working with labels such as
Eclectics, Higher Love Recordings, Real Balearic, NuNorthern Soul, and Café Del Mar.

On “Blue Reflection” for Golden Forest,
Faint Waves explores similar ambient-inspired territory to previous releases of his.
Drawing on his own experience working on his Rain Rhythms series of EP’s,
Faint Waves produced the ocean-tinted Blue Reflection in a similar fashion.
Blue Reflection’s sonic and atmospheric inspirations are clear and present,
with apparent influences based in new age and jazz music.
Harps, pizzicato strings, marimba, and bells permeate Blue Reflection — crafting a coastal dream world that weaves in and out of the abstract.
The EP also has a distinct A-Side/B-Side feeling, with two tracks featuring a beat and two without.
Yet still, there is a consistent flow, as the languid waves carry you from track to track.
